Why are additional documents requested in order to make a withdrawal?

The request of additional documents is essential in order to make sure that your account is fully validated and that you have all declared data updated. Please note that the Additional Documents upload area will be visible only after the full account validation is completed.

In order for a withdrawal to be processed, after carrying out a deposit through a credit/debit card, a validation of that payment mean will be required. This shall take place after providing us with the photo of the card (see card validation).

If you request a withdrawal to your bank account, then a Bank Statement will be requested.
