Can I reopen an account that was not validated in time?

According to the regulations, if the verification process is not completed within the specified time frame (30 days), your account will be restricted or even suspended.

To determine whether reactivation is possible, all you have to do is send an e-mail to soporte-pe@betano.com with the appropriate demands, and we will process your request.
