How can I close my account?

You may at your discretion choose to restrict your access to your account and/or exclude yourself from Sportsbook-Virtuals and/or Casino on the site, temporarily or permanently.
To restrict your access to Sportsbook-Virtuals and/or Casino or Self-exclude, you must visit the Player protection section in your Account or send an email to our Customer Service

Account blocking and Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

In order to revoke a restriction of your account, you can either visit the Player protection section at your Account or contact Customer Services. For your protection, revocation of such restrictions will take effect seven (7) days after the receipt of your request.
