Will there be any charges if I reopen my account?

An account is inactive if it has not been accessed for 12 months. In the case where an account becomes inactive and still has a balance, an administration fee may be charged from the 13th month of inactivity in the inactive account until the balance reaches zero. You can log-in to your account anytime, either to reactivate it, or to withdraw your remaining balance so that none of the above administrative fees will be charged.
