My account has been blocked because I entered an incorrect password several times. What should I do?

The account gets locked due to security reasons after 5 failed login attempts.
To reactivate it, you can change your password by pressing on Login > Forgot your password? at the top right corner of our homepage and unlock it using your new password.

Alternatively, you can email us at soporte-pe@betano.com from your registered email address, stating that you wish to unlock your account, and we will get back to you as soon as we perform all the required actions.
