My account has been blocked because I entered an incorrect password several times. What should I do?

The account gets locked due to security reasons after 5 failed login attempts.
To reactivate it, you can change your password by pressing on Login > Forgot your password? at the top right corner of our homepage and unlock it using your new password.

Alternatively, you can email us at from your registered email address, stating that you wish to unlock your account, and we will get back to you as soon as we perform all the required actions.
